I have a subscription to Cooking Light, which I love. It seems when I am at a loss for what to cook, I get my new issue, and there is always something new to try.
On Friday night, I tried Grilled Chicken and Tapenade Sandwiches, and they turned out great! I omitted the black olives, because I don’t like them. It was really quick- only about 10 minutes prep. The chicken took longer to grill- about 20 minutes, but we were grilling 2 pounds, and we had enough for left-overs. We will definately be having these for dinner again.
