Yummy! Sounds Deliciously Indulgent. =)
count me in… mrsnespy.hotmail.com
My favorite spa recipe is a nice cup of Hot hebal tea, A super hot bath in my oversized tub, candles lit, lights off, and my bath pillow from Bath & Body Works. Lie down and relax! Works like a charm for me, if I can keep the kids from bugging me for an hour.
My “tip” is nothing that wonderful. I have 2 small boys so my best “getaway” is just a warm bubble bath in QUIET after they go to bed. I can’t remember the last time I had extra time to take it but lol That’s it! If I have them, I will put bath beads or something nice smelling in the water. I hope others have something more exciting than mine!
My favorite (quickie) spa tip is to shower just by candle light. It’s relaxing, it feels good and you don’t have to clean the ring out of the bathtub first 😉 Add some yummy-smelling body wash and a pouf and you can feel recharged in mere minutes 🙂
It is because of things like this that my husband sings me that Patch The Pirate song, “Chocolate Fever.” 🙂
My favorite quick “spa” tip is to put lotion on my hands, and then rub just a little bit on my face near my nose. That way I can smell it without pulling the hands up to the face. Weird, huh? 🙂
I just like to soak in a hot tub and have candles burning…the trick is to keep the little ones out…if they are like mine used to be they follow you into the bathroom…my boys are now 21, 19 and 16.
Thanks for the spa basket I could use a pick me up.
My relaxation tip is to try meditation – it really works well and helps calm me down!
I turn off the TV and play music…mellow stuff like Brandy Carslile or classical. It makes me focus on the “now” and not all the things I should be doing!
Oooh, sounds delish. Thanks for the chance.
I relax two ways.
1. A nice bubble bath candelight with soft music sometimes I use Ocean sounds so I really can relax.
2. Late at night I light the fireplace and sit next to it and read a good book! Sometimes a nice bowl of popcorn and just relax!
I’m not a bath person, so I love just standing in the shower under the HOT water and enjoying the silence!
Thanks.
Here’s a gentle face mask I’ve used that I like:
3 T yogurt and 3 large strawberries
Whip together and apply to face. Relax and enjoy for about 10 minutes. Rinse with water. The yogurt cleans and nourishes while the strawberries exfoliate.
I soak my feet in warm water and then rub lotion on my feet and legs (even better if hubby applies the lotion!).
I love home made face masks!!!!! They are fun to make with friends. & theres SO many kinds to make so making them never gets boring!
I like to take a long relaxing bath.
A nice hot bubble bath with a good book or magazine. Quiet music playing and the door locked so no one can be heard or get in.
Thanks for the giveaway.
Christy
Have you tried tapping? I am pretty high strung just naturally, and it’s helped me. Look up “tapping” on youtube or go to tapping.com.

Favorite relaxation tip? Send my son off to grandma’s house!
I have found that a favorite smell can be very soothing. I have, over the years, found a few things that relax me and make me smile when I smell them. They are not just “nice” they are heavenly. One is a candle (I have never burned it) and one is a LUSH bath bomb (I’ve never used it in the tub. When I’m tense and moody, have a headache, or need to relax. I will drink a glass of water, curl up in a comfortable spot, and smell my favorite scent. It really soothes me. Maybe I’ve “conditioned myself” to relax when I smell those smells, but it really works for me.
I sure wish I had tips to offer you. I’ve enjoyed reading the ones your other readers have offered as well.
My husband just broke bad news to me by telling me to book a hour long massage…
Thanks for the great giveaway!
I relax best by getting a break to be alone. If I can just have 15 minutes of silence and alone time, I feel recharged.
I also can get that by going for a nice run followed by an uninterrupted shower (no rush).
ANd when all else fails, I just jam out to good music and that at least puts me in a good mood.
Hot, hot bath with candles and a book.

It seems like everyone has already talked about the hot bath/candles combo which I too enjoy but another one that I love is to lock myself in my bedroom and read. I know simple but if I can manage to get away without anyone noticing I can get a good amount of quiet time!
I would have to say one of my favorite relaxation tips is soaking in a warm bubble bath, then get on my computer to enter bloggy giveaways, I would love to win this gift basket, it has all the best and would make my day if I won, thanks for the fantastic giveaway
My favorite relaxation technique is a hot bath and a book. Sometimes I have to be careful not to fall asleep and get my book all wet. LOL
I like finding a really comfy couch or bed around 4 PM and taking a nap.
Mmm…
Oh, looks so good.
Only relaxtion tip I have is to read a book or watch a movie and ignore the phone. 🙂
Thank You,
Dina
my relaxtion tip.is lock the bathroom door and dare them to interupt you will taking a bubble bath
To relax, I like to lie down and just focus on my breathing. Hot baths help too!
My tip is an oldie but a sure fire goodie. A nice hot bath, candle light, soft music and a good book. Nothing relaxes me more.
To relax I take a nice warm bubble bath with lit candles 🙂
With 4 other people living in the house, as well as 3 cats and 1 puppy, relaxing is a privilege. So, when every one is asleep, I take a nice hot bath. I just let the warm water relax my muscles and I feel so much better afterward!!
Oatmeal in the bathtub helps dry skin. Makes my skin feel sooo much better.
Hello, my favorite relaxation tip is… as a mommy of a two year old, don’t be afraid to let someone watch him for an hour or two so you can have some Me time :O)
My favorite relaxation tip? Ativan. 😉
But aside from that, my best friend gave me a fabulous microwaveable lavender face mask for my birthday last year. It’s wonderful for relieving the beginnings of a tension headache.
I just like to soak my feet at the end of the day and then lotion them up. No, I don’t do it every night but after a particularly hard day it really relaxes me.
Thanks for the chance!
I’ve made bath salts with epsom salts and peppermint extract. Yummy. I love to hids out in the bath.
Eggwhite facials are really soothing and tighten the pores. Also chilled cucumber slices in icewater are great for tired puffy eyes.
And of course chocolate in any form is a wonderful mood enhancer.

My relaxation tip is to take a ride on my bike all by myself….Its wonderful
My favorite way to relax is with a cup of good hot chocolate, a book and a blanket. It’s best if you can be away from everyone else for awhile but that doesn’t always happen! Terrific giveaway. Thanks!
I love very hot baths overfilling with bubbles!
My favorite relaxation plan of action…
1. grab a great book, go in bathroom, turn on bathtub to a fast drizzle (fast enough that you can hear the water running but slow enough that it doesn’t fill up quickly…)
2. announce to 3 kids & hubby that you are getting in the tub, last chance for anyone who needs to wash face, brush teeth, anything else…
3. grab towel and place where it will be in reach of the tub
4. make another “final” call to family
5. make sure to have spa basket in hand
6. shut bathroom door from the outside, do not lock it unless you have a key or other way of unlocking it later!(leaving light on and water running into the tub…hm, maybe turn on shower but have tub plugged with stopper…)
7. run like heck to quiet spot in the basement or bedroom where no one thinks to look for you, curl up with your book under a warm blanket, light your chocolate scented candles, and relax until someone inevitably figures out that the hot bath was just a ruse…
Now that you are relaxed, gather up dirtiest child and stick them in the now half full tub for their evening bath :)…trust me, the tub will never get more than 1/2 full before you are found out, but hey take the 5 minutes where you can find them 😉
😀 hope you have had a great day, and maybe a smile 🙂 ty for the chance to win 😉
Reading is my relaxation tip
Thanks for the giveaway! >^..^<
hmmm if i have a headache.. I usually have a relaxation ritual lol First its alieve, then its an ice pack, then its a hot bath. But no seriously, I usually just curl up with a good book after the kids are down for the night.. nothing like escaping! 🙂

My favorite relaxation tip is after the kids/hubby go to bed, I turn down the t.v., light the candles and either read or surf the internet for a while! It’s my alone time and I love it! Great giveaway – thanks for offering!

My best relaxation tip is to dim the lights, light a candle, and meditate.
A glass of wine after putting my son to sleep works every time.
